This very rare figure was released in limited quantities by Takara and distributed by eHobby only in Japan. He is an exact replica of the Generation 1 character Omega Supreme, who was re-released around the same time during their continuing Encore line of G1 Transformers. Fans will recall this famous character when he showed up in numerous flashbacks of the ancient Cybertonian days of Orion Pax & Ariel and then later on when depicted as the Quintesson's enforcers.
Although this is a toy and Takara suggests an age of 7 and up, it is designed more for the serious G1 collector and will surely gain value in the years to come.
The figure itself is painted blue and white to match the G1 cartoon character however because these mindless guardians could be turned to either faction's control, he comes with dual insignia sticker sheets to be used for whichever group you decide to side him with. Also included is a pamphlet and the box is covered with detailed artwork.
This item was produced in 2008, but the box is still in mint condition and factory sealed. Any imperfections you may notice from the images are either flash reflections from the camera or image editing mistakes.
